Compatibility: Our Backroad GPS Maps are designed to be compatible with most Garmin GPS Vehicle or Outdoor models made in 2012 and later that accept SD or Micro-SD cards. You can check if your unit is compatible here.

Map Coverage: With the GPS Maps, you can choose a province or combination of provinces, making them a good choice for those that want to explore locally.

Offline Use: The maps are always saved into the microSD Card, meaning users can always view the maps, even in the deep backcountry with no cell phone service.

Map Coverage: The BRMB Maps App includes all maps and adventures across Canada in one subscription.

Offline Use: You can download the area you need before heading out to access the map without cell service – just click on Tools > Save Map.

Flexible & customizable: The BRMB Maps App allows users to choose which Adventure layers to see, making it easy to personalize your map. Also, you can access the maps on your phone, tablet, and computer – all with the same account. You can upload photos and reviews of any Adventure points of interest and read other users’ reviews, view their photographs, and let the BRMB team know if there is any incorrect information.

Compatibility: The Digital Mapbooks are available in PDF Format and can be read on any PDF reader or e-book that supports colour PDF documents.

Map Coverage: With the Digital Mapbooks, you can choose the any region or province available for our Backroad and Fishing Mapbooks, plus a selections of parks from our Canadian Rockies Mapbook.

Offline Use: The PDF files are downloaded into your device, meaning users can always view the digital books, even in the deep backcountry with no cell phone service.

Easy to Navigate: The reference search functionality and easy navigation between pages make this a popular alternative for less advanced digital map users who are looking for a simple digital version of our books.
